Open Manufacturing is the process of creating new manufacturing products with a license that allows anyone to produce the same thing. It often provides also a guide on how to build things. This is extremely useful in spreading knowledge on how to construct High-tech and Low-tech stuff.

There are also special labs around the world, called Fab Labs where people can come in to learn how to construct high-tech.
