Skillsharing is the act of learning together and teaching each other on a horizontal level without formal hierarchies.
This learning method can take place anywhere on a hitch, in an open space or at any kind of event like festivals.

How skillsharing works
Participants propose workshops that others can freely attend. All topics can be addressed, depending on the desires of each participant.
- Participants publish their skills and interests publicly with papers on a dedicated infoboard or online media like wikis or websites.
- Interested people make contact to find a suitable date for a skillsharing session and publish it at the workshop wall.
- If participants are interested in taking notes these can be published afterwards to spread info.
