New World Library is a neighboorhoud project in Talinn (Estonia) for the sharing of tools. You can browse for books, movies, tools and other stuff available for free lending in the neighborhood, and communicate with the owner.

The system has grown quite rapidly - with the first 5 months there are 80 users, 70 movies and 150 books.

The online tool is build as a Wordpress Plugin. It will be released under a free license so other groups can use it to start a library in their neighborhood.

In the year 2010 this also developed into another project: Community tools, a community website based on Drupal.
