A Theory of Ownership

What is ownership? What models of ownership are there around? Ownership is about access. If everyone has free access to everything, the world as we know it would collapse.

That doesn't have to be a bad thing.

no it does not. the world as we no it is a bad thing. if we have equal ownership and equal responsibility, no more crowns for kings and queens, ownership will cease to exist and there is no doubt the world will see less sorrow. i think ownership is an illusion. everything can be taken away.

Ownerships

Once a value is been manufactured by someone in some form, the creator automatically gets all the exclusive rights unless an optionally required maintenance's duty(*) for that value has been established by the supplier Owner.

He/she/it/they then can offer those rights over that new Good to be shared in many different ways enabling others to have it partly or totally as shown at the roles' section below.

This will directly or indirectly create new values and some changes on the former ones.

The following types define different legal representations for sharing the exclusive rights over a value:

Single owned values

Group owned value
