SKILL TO BE LEARNED:
Efficiently eating: be able to eat less, organizing food/ration.
Importance of balance diet and knowing how your body works. also important to reduce body waste. Energy spent in digestion.
Carrying food: simple ingredients (flour, water, salt, sugar, dry fruits and veggies) and simple recipes
