Food no bombs: get in touch to volunteer, some cities is weekly appointment, some is daily. get in touch with them to know more about it.

Harvesting in the nature: find food around

Community Supported Agriculture (Organic baskets): issue related to prepaying in advance. Accessible only through third parties (other communities)

SKILL TO BE LEARNED: Efficiently eating: be able to eat less, organizing food/ration. Importance of balance diet and knowing how your body works. also important to reduce body waste. Energy spent in digestion.

Carrying food: simple ingredients (flour, water, salt, sugar, dry fruits and veggies) and simple recipes -chapati -recycled cans to create a stove -growing sprouts
