You are invited to Co-use this Good according to the following conditions:

Good's Co-usage preference

Co-user(s) are required to tell about this Invitation and its Attachments to anyone asking directly about this Good and to anyone that the Co-user(s) think(s) that by his/her/their Co-using is-are going to increase Sharefulness.

Co-user(s) are also required to allow multiple Co-using during his/her Co-use Reasonable Sessions when those new Co-usages are not disturbing the actual Co-using purpose that has been agreed with Mediator unless specific privacy requirements for his/her/it/their Co-use Reasonable Session have been previously agreed with Mediator (The privacy requirer should overbid the offers from the other Interested Public who are going to be unable to Co-use it due to someone's privacy requirements).

When Interested Public request a Co-user to multiply Co-use the Good, actual Co-user can accept that being the actual Co-user the grantor of the new Co-user or; don't accept that and give the contact details from Mediator to the Interested Public.

Concurrency solution

If there is parallel demand to use this Good, demanders should be booked in the following order.

  1. The one(s) Co-using it at the moment during his/her/their Reasonable Session.
  2. Owner(s).
  3. The one(s) who co-use's resultant production generate(s), in the most Reproduceable Way, the quicker, the more enhacement(s) to the most and-or more of the Optimal Co-use(s) of the Good and-or; generate(s) another or more Good(s) offering the same and/or most related and/or accesory type(s) of Optimal Use(s) as the Co-used Good ones, located the nearest from the Co-used Good and offered under exactly this same Invitation text or any later one published at http://.; and-or proves to have more of the posible Virtues optionally estated by Owner; and-or has been queuing for the Co-use's the longest with less privacy or moral restrictions demanded.
  4. The one(s) who offer a higher % of their co-use resultant's production under exactly this Invitation text or any later published at http://.
  5. Split the total, the available remaining or what can be reasonably scheduled by Mediator into equal or similar sessions and/or portions giving preference to:
    1. The one(s) who has co-used it during less time during last week.
    2. The one(s) who has co-used it during less time during last month.
    3. The one(s) who has co-used it during less time during last year.
    4. The one(s) who has co-used it during less time previously.
  6. Pseudorandomly including animals reasonably nearby as Interested Public.

Schedulings Management

The Co-use time or portion's limit per person will depend on the ammount of people who asks for Co-using the Good next. The more Public booked for sessions and/or portion, the less time to assign for new requests.

The ammount or regularity for assigned schedules should increase or preserve the maximum ammount of future posible Optimal Good's Co-use(s).

It's left up to Mediator(s) whether to move to a future date someone's already booked portion and/or Co-use reasonable session if another with a higher preference profile requests a portion and/or Co-using it for the time or part of it that was previously booked by the lower preference profile.

Subscription Based Status

Mediator is bound to put the Good into a Subscription Based Status (where schedules won't be automatically given on request) whenever (s)he gets too many or too little requests and needs time for better organizing the scheduling,

  1. Interested public should add their co-use request and their co-use's purpose for their planned production.
  2. Information on subscribees should be made visible for Interested Public.
  3. Information about the minimal critical mass that needs to be reached or the shceduled date for starting Co-using has to be available for Interested Public.

Mediator role's concurrency solution

Mediator's role can be asked to be Passed and Passed to the Interested public according to this concurrency solution:.

  1. The one(s) with more available and granted time and skills for organizing the scheduling from now on and for increasing Sharefulness.

Mediator's other rights and duties

I (=Mediator) being co-using the Good at the present time or not, am a person entitled by the Owner or other previous Mediator to do the following:

  2. Give, At Cost, You available additional Good's source information I may have.
  3. Add, move and remove co-using's schedules to the Attachment according to this Invitation terms.
    1. Notify with a given reason co-using's unbookings when moving or unbooking them.
  4. Passing the Mediation role to someone else. You may not leave it without previously trying to pass it to the previous Mediator, to a new Co-user or to the Owner.
  5. Collect, if requested by the Owner, the maintenance costs' fees from Co-users
    1. Sugest to owner to add the Subscription Based permissible restriction if:
      1. There is too little concurrency
      2. The Good is getting too limited and hasn't been yet used by many different people.
  6. Collect this information from Pulic interested in Co-using the Good:
    1. Contact details from You that I considered sufficient.
    2. Explanations about why and/or what purpose you want to co-use the Good for resolving posible concurrency.
    3. Acceptance of Your promisory full compliance with the terms expressed in this Invitation.

And acceptance from You about that I have

  1. Assured You that I have the enough & legimitate property rights of this Good for Inviting You to Co-use this Good.
  2. Informed You, as a reasonable person will, about the product liability and supplied You, You paying the costs, with available further source information about the Good You might have asked me for. ex: estimated Good's consumption rate for Your expected Reasonable Session if the Owner(s) required maintenance.
  3. Communicated You clearly this Invitation's content and its Attachment if containing any.

And at anytime, if the Owner declared it moveable and required shipping it back on demand:

  1. Assist the Owner or Co-owner(s) in having it back in a reasonable time if estated that.

And if the Owner required maintenance, insurance or some notifications to be supplied:

  1. Show Me the documents that certify Your suppliance.
  2. Supply them to Me in order to give them to the Owner.

Mediator(s) informational duties disclaimer

The requirement to do the Informational duties does not include a requirement to continue to provide support service, warranty, or updates for a work that has been started to co-use by the invitee. The requirement finishes when starting the new Co-user(s) start(s) his/her/their session.

Provisions

....

==Third: [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invitation_to_treat |Invitation to treat] an Unbounded nondeterministic Good == This is just a declared intention of how I'd, ideally, like to share this Good with You.

This is a which will become a binding agreement between Me and You enforceable at a conventional court by the Owner(s) when you start co-using the Good. Despite of this, for Public and also Owners it's better recommended communicating inconveniences communitarily in the first place.

Fourth: Sharefulness' sustainability

Co-use can't generate sharefulness' decrease. If there's some use for the Good that can harass or-and are discouraging others to use them or to use this Invitation for their Goods, being it use one of the Good's optimal Co-uses or not, Co-user is not allowed to perform it.

Co-user is neither allowed to Co-use this good for generating biospheric Nonsustainable Damages.

Breaching of this provision is considered accidental and-or on purpose damages which are to be compensated by You or your Grantor under this Invitation's terms or aplicable law.

Fifth: Damages

Deteriorating of the Good's Optimal Uses(s) further than the estated to You previous to Your Co-use are considered Accidental damages and-or on purpose damages and not Co-use.

If some kind of this deteriorating is proven, Owner can optionally require the Co-user to compensate those damages and also the Co-user(s) grant given before co-use can be enforced.

Accidental Damages

Don't terminate Co-using rights if promisory compensation or Grant is given.

Sixth: Humble moral restrictions

Owner(s) have the right to ban to any distortion, mutilation or other modification of, or other derogatory action in relation to the said Good, which would be prejudicial to the owner's honor or reputation.

These are restrictions which are estated by the owner to be temporarily during his/her/their adptation time to new circumstances provoked by the new context where the Good is which are in some way yet still agressive enough for making him/her/them a little bit uncomfortable. Humble refers to the owner's aceptance that this Shareful Invitation is the most efficient way of sharing, but by claiming these rights he/she is admitting not to be yet mentally ready for the new circumstance, while the effort to fully comply with this terms is not left apart.
