Working Plan
What are the things that need to be done?
- Waiting for ganas to confirm the date of 4-6 of december
- Wet up a wiki page connected to she goes mad so that people can be redirected there
- Here I will post the call/description of the event
- Send invitation to the people who showed interest (maybe 20 of them plus Ganas people)
- Start with the gmail group (I've set it up already)
- Send the same invite to Face book page/event, Couchsurfing/Bewelcome networks in the area and in the 789 website.
- Get contacts with people with Open Space experience who can help us host this event. (I know someone who can help with facilitation).
