The Parenting of children can be shared. Parents can organise themselves in a neighboorhoud level to take care of each other children in a rotating scheme.

They can also set up their own cooperatives to manage the day-care of children. In more and more states in the West, parenting has to follow certain regulation. It is forbidden to take care of large groups of children if the mentor does not have the right license or diploma. As such scarcity is created to facilitate the development of a free market.
